This amazing wine has structure and balance that fine Italian Barolos and French Burgundys would envy. Intense ruby color with notes of olives, sun dried tomatoes, leather and tobacco. This is a monster of a wine with huge chewy tannins and it continues to evolve in the glass showing more red fruit and interesting forest floor aromas. This is a stunning red wine that would age incredibly well but also show well after some time in the decanter. This wine, as Markos told me, is made for meat. Yes, have this with roast lamb or a beef brisquet!
